Our first objective is to help you find suitable holiday rental tenants for your house or apartment and advise you on how to earn the maximum possible return on your property.

For example, a person searching Google for "Property in the south of spain" would find our website on page one. A search for "Property to rent in Granada" would also usually list our website on page one.

Advertising & Promotion
Our services are also promoted through newspaper and magazine advertisements, leaflets, articles and so on. Our company is also regularly featured in the British and Irish media (most of our clients are from these countries), and our company has been involved in the making of several major TV programmes dealing with the Spanish property market, including the highly successful BBC series, "Living in the Sun".

Maintenance & Repairs
Our friendly team of local agents will do everything possible to make sure that your property is well taken care of, and that you do not have to deal with any problems.
Our rental management service includes general maintenance and making sure your property is kept clean, secure and in good repair. Our agent will make regular visits to your property to make sure that there are no problems, and to check the utilities and appliances and arrange for repairs if necessary. A check is also made for possible problems with pests and vermin, and action is taken to rectify these problems if necessary. We take an inventory of the furnishings prior to letting, and this is checked again at the time of the guests' departure.

24-hour Emergency Service
We provide a bilingual ‘Helpline’ Service to guests during office hours, to deal with any problems they may encounter, or answer any questions they may have. We also provide guests with a 24/7 emergency number, in case of urgent problems such as burst pipes etc.
In the event that repairs or replacement of furniture or other fixtures or fittings should become necessary, we will deal with with local suppliers or utility companies on your behalf, including emergency payment of bills.

Payments
All rental payments collected on your behalf will be lodged into a bank account nominated by you within two working days of being collected.
Our commission rates vary according to a variety of factors including the size and location of the property, and the rate for specific properties must be agreed between the owner and our agent. This will be written into a contract to be signed by both parties.
